Since 1997 I have provided photography services to HDB Cram/Ferguson, a major architectural firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. The firm's current president, Ethan Anthony, recently published a book illustrating their projects from the firm's founding in 1889 to the present. HDB Cram/Ferguson has designed numerous structures in the Houston area, from homes in River Oaks to Our Lady of Walsingham Catholic Church in Spring Branch. One of my photographs was chosen for the jacket of their book. The book jacket photograph is of the main entrance to Rice University, designed by HBD Cram/Ferguson in 1923.

Client: HDB/Cram & Ferguson, Inc., of Boston, MA, constructed a new 8,500-sq.ft. building for Our Lady of Walsingham Catholic Church in Houston, TX. The church, viewed here from far west, features rough-sawn Texas split limestone facades; steep roofs; pointed arched, stain-glass nave windows; circular clerestory windows; and a tower at the northern end.

SPOTLIGHT: 3 Fold Design Studio

Interior designer Page Gandy of 3 Fold Design from Austin, TX website www.3folddesignstudio.com worked with us this week to come full circle in a Montrose condo from MDG Architects. A floor plan we had shot years ago, very beautifully decorated with a modern but comfortable feel. Our thanks go out to Page for her hard work during the photo shoot, as you will see in the featured images.
